From Friction to Flow:
Your 4-Step Journey
This course is broken into short, focused modules - designed to fit around your real workday, not disrupt it.
Every step moves you closer to one goal: finding your automation opportunity and doing something with it.
No theory for theory’s sake. Just tools, templates, and aha moments.
Here’s what the journey looks like:
You’ll Work on Your Own Workflow
This isn’t a theory course. You’ll use your own daily tasks—those boring, frustrating, “I wish a robot could do this” moments—as your material.
That means the outcomes aren’t hypothetical. They’re personal. And immediately useful.
No Technical Background Required
If you can explain a problem in plain English, you can start designing a solution.
We’ll guide you step-by-step through the tools you need, if you don't have them already, but the goal isn’t to become a developer. It’s to think like a fixer.
You’ll Leave With Decisions Made
By the end of this course, you’ll have 1 – 3+ validated automation ideas, a plan to launch one, and the tools to pitch it if needed.
It’s like spring cleaning for your processes - with templates.
Designed for Busy Humans
You don’t need more complexity. You need clarity and headspace.
This course delivers both—in bite-sized lessons, built around your real workday.
Built for Non-Technical People Who Think Smart
You won’t be expected to code. You will be expected to think.
We’ll teach you how to spot patterns, structure ideas, and take action - either using the applications you already have, or tools designed to be adoptable.
You’ll Uncover ROI Hiding in Plain Sight
This isn’t about chasing shiny objects. It’s about finding the broken bits in the work you already do—and fixing them in a way that saves time, reduces errors, and makes life easier.
One Fix Now.
A Repeatable Skill Forever.
We’ll help you automate one thing straight away. But the real value?
You’ll walk away knowing how to find the next ten on your own.
Turn Ideas Into Action (Without Waiting on IT)
You’ll learn how to map a solution, sketch it out, and speak the language of ROI—so you can either launch it yourself or get buy-in fast.
Start small, build momentum, and become the person who makes work better
Who is this Course For?
Ops People Keeping It All Together
If you’re the one nudging, updating, and checking the status of everything - this course will help you cut the noise.
You’ll learn how to automate the glue work no one sees but everyone needs.
Admins & Assistants Doing 10 Jobs at Once
You know every shortcut in Excel, and you still run out of time.
We’ll show you how to delegate the repetitive stuff to a robot - so you can focus on what really needs a human.
Marketers Stuck in Setup Limbo
Campaigns to prep, posts to schedule, reports to compile… repeat.
This course helps you automate the parts of marketing that drain your momentum - without needing a technical team or another platform.
The Last-Straw Doer - You, You’ve Had Enough
You’re smart, capable, and maybe just a little sick of spending your time on things a robot could do. This course won’t fix your whole job—but it will show you how to fix the part that’s draining your soul first.

A quick word from me on why this course exists, who it’s for, and what one small automation can do for your day.
If you’ve ever thought “Surely a robot could do this…” - you’re in the right place.
Tristan Day
I built this course for people like you - smart, practical folks doing their best work inside messy, manual systems.
I’ve been the person stuck in the loop: checking statuses, nudging teammates, copying data between tools. I’ve also been the one who found a way out - and then showed others how to do the same.
This course is the result of years spent automating inside real businesses, helping teams fix the invisible bottlenecks they never had time to name.
You don’t need to become a tech wizard. You just need to see the friction, use a few simple tools, and take the first step.
And let me tell you...
Nothing feels better than watching someone or something else run the process that used to steal your time - while you sip a coffee, go for a walk, or book that long weekend you’ve been putting off.
Let’s get you there.
Not sure yet? Start with the checklist. It’s free, and it works.
âť“ FAQ: Questions You Might Be Asking
“Do I need to know how to code?”
Nope. Not even a little.
This course is designed for smart professionals who know their workflows—but might not know how to automate them yet. If you can describe a problem clearly, you’re more than ready to start.
“What if I don’t have access to automation tools like n8n, Zapier or Make?”
That’s okay. You’ll still learn how to spot opportunities, map them clearly, and pitch them internally. Most of the tools we use are free or have generous trials—and we’ll guide you through picking the right one for your situation.
“I’m really busy. How much time will this take?”
Each lesson is under 10 minutes, and the whole course is built for async learning—no fluff, no filler. You can move at your own pace, and even small bursts (like one module per lunch break) will deliver value.
“Will this actually help me fix real problems in my workflow?”
Yes—because that’s the whole point. This isn’t a theory course. It’s a practical guide that uses your actual workday as the material. You’ll finish with automation ideas rooted in your own tasks, not made-up case studies.
“What if I don’t finish the course?”
Even if you only complete Module 1 and the bonus checklist, you’ll walk away thinking differently about your time—and probably with at least one automation idea ready to go. We built this to create impact early, not keep you busy.
“Can I get my boss to pay for this?”
In most cases, yes. Especially if you show them the ROI calculator or automation pitch template (both included). It’s an easy “yes” if it helps you work smarter without more headcount.
“What if I start... and realise I hate it?”
No worries. We keep the tone light, the pacing practical, and the expectations realistic. But if it’s not for you? Just say so. We believe in useful things, not forced fits.
